What kinds of toys and perches do you use?
The best type of perch is natural wood. You don't want plastic ones because it can cause bumble foot on your bird. The toys you would choose is a forging toy, wood toys, and some plastic is okay depending on your bird. Lastly mirrored toys aren't great because those can impact your bird brain functions.
