While raising the prices, the client should also uncheck the box marked as "show on register" so that it doesnt not disrupt or confuse the staff when they ring in orders in-store and can see the duplicates on the register. Once the duplicates are made of the items and categories and pricing is adjusted on the client-side, PC or client will need to go to the manager account menu and set the individual categories to be either carryout or delivery based on the pricing of the items attached.  Client would have a set of each category, one for carryout only, other for delivery only (with higher pricing).
