How many days should a new to Delta Dental provider wait before signing up for provider tools once a non par is created for them?

Providers should wait the requisite 3 business days (excluding weekends) after submitting a contract before creating a Provider Tools account and enrolling in EFT.

 If no checks are issued during the week will an office still be charged a Check Processing Fee?

 If no checks are issued during the week, no fee will be charged

If you receive a call from an office checking status on an escalation you should put "are there any updates?" in chat 

If the request has not been completed and/or there are no notes on the case regarding an update, please follow the escalation flow and request the case to be re-escalated.

No. Through Provider Tools, you can check benefit eligibility, submit claims, enroll in EFT, and view your ERAs fee free.

No, Provider Tools only enrolls EFT for Delta Dental of California and Affiliated Companies.

If a provider mistakenly uses Provider Tools, National Sharing option will not be established.
