What is Fluent English Proficient?
An EL student who meets the proficiency requirements of the English Language Proficiency Screener upon initial enrollment or who has qualified for the exit process from the EL program.
What is the Home Language Survey?
A document meant to identify EL's that parents fill out during enrollment. If a language other than English is selected, the student is identified as an EL.
