when an assistant becomes available they will clean that other chair.
Who should be the one handing out the TP?
The admin member who checks out the patient. We have steps and protocols in place to make sure things are billed out so money does not walk out of the door.
Should we notify admin team if we are doing a same day treatment before or after tx is completed?
Before because even if it's an IW acct we may need to collect. DON'T LET MONEY WALK OUT THE DOOR!!
