This is what we do at the beginning of class to get our stretch, strengthen and "loosen" our muscles.

PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: 1 minute jumping jack challenge. (extra 100 points for each person on your team standing)
**This is what winning and losing teams can do at the end of games to show good sportsmanship as an ENTIRE team. In high school, they do this for football, volleyball, soccer, wrestling, baseball and softball.
What is shaking hands and/or saying good game.
**This "ball skill" is needed in baseball, football, ghostbusters, hula huts, and dodgeball games.
What is throwing and/or catching.
PHYSICAL CHALLENGE: Team Yarn Ball Toss

During this emergency, we drop everything and evacuate outside to the grass field.
What is a fire drill.

This rule is important if you want to get better at something that is hard.

**If you make excuses at the end of a game because your team lost, you are NOT following this rule of sportsmanship.

**This health related fitness component involves lifting weights or doing bodyweight exercises like pushups or curl-ups.

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE CHALLENGE: HAND PLANK CHALLENGE- hold a hand plank for 1 minute- (300 points for each person who completes)
This is what a class can earn daily for good behavior in PE class. If they get three strikes, they will lost it though.
What is a blue ticket.
Bonus- How many blue tickets does your class need to move up on the racetrack? (300 points)
Cat and mouse and sharks and lifeguards can be played with this piece of PE equipment. It is also used in the military to deliver items safely to isolated areas.
What is the parachute.
This is how we know it is ok to use the restroom or get a drink of water during PE class.
What is, going or asking when the music is on.

**On this day in May, we have waterslides, bounce houses, water kickball, squirter games, otter pops, water art games, get wet tug of war, and clamming for marbles.

**Many games in PE encourage teams to make a plan. What is another name for making a plan in game or sport?

This is what we do when the music stops during PE class.

This "activity" involves log rolls, somersaults, cartwheels and pyramid building. Skills needed include muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

FLEXIBILITY CHALLENGE- do the sit and reach- if you can touch your toes, 500 extra points for EACH person who does.
