Find a teacher, accredited student, and ask them "Where my class at".

Working with a group that everyone is putting effort into.
What is leadership.
The ability to take over and lead and to be a role model to others.
You are in your 8th grade year, and don't know what classes to take for your first high school year. What should you do?
Realistically, you should take classes you are interested in, but you won't always have that option. So taking classes that you are semi-interested in is the 2nd best option. The 3rd best option is taking core classes to get them out the way!!!
Your teacher gives you a bad grade and you don't know why;what should you do?
Go up to the teacher and ask why you got the bad grade.

Ask help from one of your peer leaders to reexplain
You are working on a project with 3 other friends, how could you divide the work so everyone is involved.

How to handle bad team members?
Ask your teacher to re assign your group member, try and get them to work, or submit the assignment and don't give them credit.
Define Integrity,empathy, and honesty.
Integrity: Being honest and doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Empathy: Understanding and sharing how someone else feels.
Honesty: Always telling the truth and being sincere

Report to See Something Say Something, Trusted adult, or just be there for them.
You and your friend are having a conversation, he brings up how he's getting abused at home. How should you handle this?
Talking to him and ensure him that he needs to find help and tell him what those helps are.

You don't like your peer group leaders, due to past experiences, things you heard about them, ect. What should you do?
First, talk about it with your PGC advisors or a trusted adult.
Second, If that doesn't work out, try and put the past behind you.
When you have multiple team members, how do you decide who does what?
Look at their strengths and weakness and assign roles based on that.

What makes a PGC member a leader?
They becomes a leader by demonstrating qualities such as responsibility, empathy, and communication skills. They show initiative by taking charge when necessary, supporting others, and guiding group discussions.
