How can we identify a pre-authorization hold?

What is the full process for processing a replacement card?
1. Confirm the new shipping address.
2. Check the age of their card account
3. If it is over 30 days old, we can update their address and process a replacement with the reship tool on Admin. If their account is under 30 days old, we would have them send in a photo ID & bank statement or utility bill from the last 30 days to our email.
