Your sister is studying for tomorrow's big exam and you notice your siblings watching TV with the sound on blast. How is she feeling? And what can you do or suggest to help?

What is "She is feeling annoyed, frustrated, unable to concentrate", etc. You can tell your siblings to turn down the TV volume so that your sister can study, suggest that she go to a quieter room, suggest that she wear earbuds/headphones, etc.
