A PGT-A patient claims they have PGT-A coverage with a lab other than Luminary but you already sent a PGT req to Luminary. What do you do?
Task the PGT benefits verification team and let them know the patient thinks they have coverage with Natera. While they do not typically check benefits for PGT-A patients, they are willing to assist in confirming. Once confirmed, cancel the Luminary req in FERT and complete/send the new requisition to the designated lab via email.
