Walk us through the process of weaning a baby out of an isolette.

Baby needs to be 1600-1800 grams with continued air temp 27-29 for 24 hours. Dress, swaddled and add hat to baby and switch isolette to air mode set to 29. Take baby's temperature every 2 hours for 12 hours. After 12 hours can go down to 28, after another 12 hours can go down to 27. Do not go lower than 27. Then can pop the top. Wait 24 hours before moving to a crib.
