Recognizing triggers in any situation or plan, that could stimulate the habit self towards drug or alcohol use, violence, or other destructive action.

Means basing what you do and say on the facts. Try always to understand what the truth is and connecting with reliable sources.

During this phase, you prepare for re-entry back into your life.

These meetings can be hard to get to, if you don't like to get up early.

This type of group can come in several forms, and with several different formats.  This type of group is designed to utilize your peers in assisting you to to identify behaviors and attitudes that cause you problems with yourself and others. 

What is a Peer Awareness Group? (A.K.A Therapeutic Peer Awareness Group)

Coming up with lots of possibilities and choices, instead of just one or two, for any problem of course of action.

What is Brain Storming?

This means taking the steps to connect with other people who can help improve your life.
