Flexibility
The maximum mobility of joints. Influences the way we move, our posture and our risk of injury from sport.

How can you evaluate flexibility?
Shoulder girdle, sit and reach test, ankle dorsiflexion
What is the aerobic system?
Endurance using the oxygen supply - normally lasts longer than 2 minutes
Strength
The capacity to generate muscular tension in order to overcome or create pressure against resistence
An activity using endurance
Climbing the stairs, walking at a reasonable pace, entering a race (anything that generates fatigue)
How can you test the anaerobic system?
Burpees in 1 minute or a 400m sprint
What is the anaerobic system?
Endurance that doesn't use oxygen for energy. Produces less energy for each glucose molecule but in a faster time, normally used for less than 1-2 minutes.
The capacity to apply effort for a prolonged period of time taking into account fatigue and recovery in between efforts.
Avoid injuries, better sleep, maintain weight, prevent illness
