You have to to look for the candles and put them in a circle in the place where piggy spawns and when you have all the candles you, lit them up by clicking them and a portal appears from where Mr. Stitchy comes out and he has to follow you to the next portal in the cave where there is the ice that has the white key in it and if he goes through the other portal you've obtain the Stitchy skin.
