What do we do during an evacuation?
Line up quietly and follow Mr. Heitt or your teacher.
What are biographies and where do you find them?
True stories written about a person's life by someone else. The shelves on the dark blue wall.
What do we do in a lock down?
Immediately go behind Mr. Heitt's desk, duck down, and sit quietly (Mr. Heitt will lock doors, turn off lights and equipment, and join you).
Where would you find a book giving information about dinosaurs? In fiction or nonfiction?

How do you tell if a book is nonfiction? What does the call number start with?
The spine label will start with numbers, then the authors first 3 letters of their last name.
What is one of the hallmarks of a leader?
Leaders listen, learn, love, and lead.
What do we do during a fire drill?
Line up in one line quietly and follow Mr. Heitt to the front of the school. Do NOT talk while walking.
What doors should you enter through if you are sick?
The main entrance (double doors).
