Management of Change (MOC)

2. Instructed all contractor’s employees in the known hazards related to their job and the process.
3. Has received and understands Anhydrous Ammonia training.

This program is required when any work is performed on temporary walking-working surfaces or equipment above 4 feet off the ground.
