How many Business days should you submit your Sub Plans before you go on Leave?
The plans for your sessions are due 3 business days before your leave begins. If your plans are not submitted, your time off request will be denied until you submit a complete plan for your sessions.
How soon should you respond to a missionary assignment?
Each new missionary assignment should be contacted no later than 24 hours after they appear in your Mentor App.
What is the missionary Purpose?
Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.
What is the dress code as mentors?
Adhere to missionary standards of dress and appearance.

Reach out to mentors on your team using your Mentor Trainer team chat
Ask your Mentor Trainer if there are any mentors on the team that are available at that time.

What resources can we use during mentoring sessions?
The scriptures, the words of the living prophets, Preach My Gospel, the Missionary Standards for Disciples of Jesus Christ handbook, Adjusting to Missionary Life, and approved missionary curriculum are the foundation for missionary training.
Time off requests cannot be longer than more than 10 consecutive business days, unless mandated by country policy.
How often should you respond to work related emails and teams messages?
Check and respond to all work-related emails and Teams chats at least once during their shift (recommended at the start of every shift)
Emails: 24-Hour Response (i.e. 1 business day), or earlier
Teams Chat: 24-Hour Response, or earlier
Call: Immediate Response

What kind of demonstrations should we provide?
Provide brief, relevant, realistic, and replicable demonstrations and scenarios for practice.
How many sessions can you submit on a single sub form?
Note: You can only submit up to 10 sessions using this form. If you have more than 10 sessions that need to be covered, please fill out the form again.
What are the expectations with Follow ups?
Follow up with the missionaries on their progress 2-3 times per week
Log at least once each week with a summary of your follow-up
Each week, you should submit a log for every single missionary on your list. If the missionary has not responded, you should submit an “Unresponsive missionary” log

What 5 things should be in your schedule by 5PM monday?
Your weekly schedule should include:
Prep and reporting time
Mandatory Weekly Training Meeting
1x1 and observation hour with Mentor Trainer
Appointments with missionaries
At least one hour of development time, including a description of how you use that hour
Any time in your calendar that you are working and is not taken by a mentoring session can be taken by an emergency subbing session, unless it is specifically blocked off as “Unavailable”
