What is the proper batch size for pulling refill while the store is open? And while it is closed?
Store open= Pulling: 30 units Preparing: 30 units Running: 15 units
When the store is open, you want to process units in smaller batches to focus on getting product out to the guest as fast as possible.
Store Closed= Pulling: 50 units Preparing: 50 units Running: 50 units
When the store is closed, you can process units in larger batches because you can move product from BOH to FOH more efficiently as there’s no guests in the store and you can leverage rolling racks
What is considered a passing percentage for our weekly inventory count?

97% or above is ideal! Realistically it is as high as you can get without hearing any more beeps!

What are the steps for pulling a BOPIS?
Locate the product on the shelf and complete a quality check
Scan QR code when picking is complete, select “Finish Pick” and print packing slip
Prepare product for packing
• Remove security tag and markdown sticker
• Fold product with tag facing up and towards you
Neatly place product inside the shopper and staple packing slip to the outside
Highlight name and write pick up date *store specific
Store orders in designated BOPiS pickup area
