Repeats must be documented in Trajecsys with acknowledgement from a qualified radiographer.
What happens following a suspension?
Following a suspension, any additional infractions warranting discipline will result in a case review. Following case review, the student may be dismissed from program or further disciplinary action may be warranted. If the student is allowed to continue in the program, the student will remain on disciplinary probation.
What protective equipment are to be used during all departmental and portable fluoroscopy exams?

They are available quarterly.
What do you need to ask all female patients before a procedure?
Are you pregnant or is there any chance that you could be pregnant? A positive response should be reported to the radiologist before proceeding with the exam.
What class is the PMD due to the Safety Radiation Officer?
PMD is due by the date listed on the device (October 14th).
