  • RHC/HD either instructs RA to follow up, follow up themself or makes note for any future concern

  • IF CONDUCT: Report is forwarded to OSC (Office of Student Conduct)

  • IRs are filed to ensure we are providing students with the best support & resources available on campus. You should not be hesitant to submit an IR in the event of a concern

Compliance steps RAs will take if someone is not following physical distancing guidelines

1) Maintain safe distance, greet individuals (get names), request students separate to a more appropriate 6 ft or more distance. 

2) If they do not comply, inform them that UDPD will be called and they will be escorted from the building.

2a) If they comply, RAs should document incident in IR.

3) If they do not comply, RAs will call UDPD to have them escorted out of the building and RAs will document in an IR. 

4) If RAs notice an individual repeatedly not following social distancing guidelines after speaking with them, call supervisor and UDPD may be called to escort them from the building.

5) If there is a safety concern at any point, RAs should call UDPD.

3) If they refuse to leave building AND refuse to wear mask, inform them that UDPD will be called.

3b) If they put on a mask, RA will still document in an IR for additional student follow up

4) If they still refuse to wear a mask, RA will then call UDPD.

5) If RAs notice individual who repeatedly does not follow guidelines after having spoken to them, call supervisor and UDPD may be called to escort them out of the building. 

6) At any point there is a safety concern, call UDPD & notify supervisor.
