The Positive Action Circle is made up of these three things.
Thoughts, Actions, and Feelings.

Exercise, sleep, hygiene, healthy eating, etc.
This strategy means believing you can achieve great things.
Believe in your potential.

Identity.

Intellectual.
This strategy means trying even when something is difficult.

Why is creating a positive identity never truly finished?
Because we should always be growing and improving ourselves.
What does it mean to "flip" a negative circle?
Change negative thoughts, actions, and feelings into positive ones.
This is how others see you.
Impression.
What are the four areas of the whole self?
Physical, Intellectual, Social, Emotional.
This strategy means seeing challenges as chances to learn.
Turn problems into opportunities.
What social and emotional positive action helps us get along with others?
Treat others the way we like to be treated.
Give an example of a positive thought that could lead to positive actions.
Example: "I can do this if I keep trying."
Why is it important for Identity, Image, and Impression to match?
It shows honesty and authenticity.
Name three resources we need to manage wisely.
Time, energy, possessions, money, talents, thoughts, actions, feelings.
This strategy means not giving up.
Persistence.
Name three things that help create a positive identity.
Examples include honesty, respect, healthy choices, goal setting, positive actions, kindness, responsibility, etc.

One student acts out a negative circle and another demonstrates how to flip it into a positive circle.
Teacher judges responses.
Scenario Challenge
A student acts cool online but is completely different in real life. Which of the 3 I's are not aligned?
Identity, Image, and Impression are out of alignment.
Stand Up If...
Teacher reads a resource and students stand if they can give an example of managing it responsibly.
