Loyalists were colonists who like the King. Loyalists wanted to stay with Britain.

What did the Native Americans/Indigenous people believe about "land" and "land use"?
They believed land is for everyone. No one owns the land. Resources on the land are shared.
What was the Proclamation of 1763?
The Proclamation was a law made by King George at the end of the French and Indian War. It drew a line that the colonists could not settle over.
What was the Stamp Act?
A law that required a stamp on any printed paper. Colonists had to pay for the stamp. Stamps made the documents official.
What is a democracy?
A type of government where people can vote on the laws or people to make laws.
