There are four calcium deposits the size of the tip of a pencil (1/8"). There is a stain that catches your eye. It is visible when you step back 3 feet.

The tail bone is missing. There is a 1/4" cut on the breast. There is a 1" cut on the back and a 1/4" cut on the thigh. The left wing is disjointed at the 3rd joint (closest to body).

The back has seven very thin 4" cuts across it. The tailbone is cut down to less than halfway to the hip joints. The right wing is protruding broken.
What is a carcass grade B?
There is a clear, shiny smudge on the egg. When you get eye-level, the shiny is not raised off the surface of the egg. There are no other calcium deposits, foreign material or stains on the egg shell. The egg is huge.

When a Rhode Island Red or New Hampshire Red has a white feather on its back.
