Always show empathy.. then ask the customer if they have obtained an estimate for their damages considering their deductible.. meaning if a customer has a claim because they have shingles off of their roof & their deductible is $1,200.. they should get an estimate to make sure that the damages/repairs will cost more than $1,200 to repair.
Go into the SFPP account. Make sure it's not in suspension status by resume account and update the account info & send out a NEW authorization email or form.
