What is the Inside Sales Team?
This tool helps to integrate partner scheduling and Schneider Electric scheduling by providing basic access to Work Orders in bFS.
What is CSP?
After an ExoXpert Technician completes Schneider Electric training they must be qualified in the field by a SE FSR via this process.
What is On Job Training (OJT)?
This person is responsible for scheduling Schneider Electric FSRs. If they cannot staff a job they will reach out to the SPM team to staff with an EcoXpert technician.
Who is an Order Manager (OM)?
This tool can be used for EcoXperts to register their customer install base, produce basic customer reports and allows for Install Base leads to be supplied by Schneider Electric in the future.
What is IB2Diag?
This is a special training program created specifically for Faith technicians to work side by side with Schneider Electric FSRs 40 hours a week.
What is the Faith FSR Training Program?
The team is responsible for scheduling EcoXpert Technicians, tracking their performance and knowing their skillsets.
What is the Service Partner Management (SPM) team?
This person is responsible for service operation in a particular geography. They will know backlog, FSR utilization, and service pain points.
