View

The effect that controls how the slides change fron one to another during a slide show.
Transition Effect
This tool copies formatting from one place and applies it to another.
Format Painter
A grid of cells arranged in rows and columns.
Table
This tab provides acces to tasks like: open, save, and print.
File
List the steps to change the layout of a slide.
Select the slide, click the Home tab, click the Slide Layout button, click the layout that you want.
OR
Right-click the slide, click Layout, and then select the new layout.
Text or a graphic that, when clicked during a slide show, takes the user to a new location.
Hyperlink
This is the arrangement of items on a slide. It typically includes places for title, text, and other objects.
Layout
Embedded documents or other files added to a slide. Examples: Word Document, Excel Chart, Bitmap Image
Object
A tab that appears only when an object is selected. It has options for working specifically with the selected object.
Contextual Tab
This tool provides options for adjusting the defalt settings and properties of slide transitions.
Effect Options
A menu of options that you can access only during a slide show; it provides options for annotating and navigating.
