Attendance
Each classroom teacher is expected to record attendance electronically on eSchoolPlus at what time in the morning and what time in the afternoon?
What is 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.?
This is a 2-way communication system that encourages students or parents community to report student bullying, self-harm, weapons, drugs/alcohol usage or dealing, dating violence and other safety concern.
What is Anonymous Alerts?
Staff cell phones and personal cell phones are not to be used during this time. (unless it is a District-related business matter)
What is the instructional day or during scheduled working hours?
Doctors’ notes explaining an absence must be sent to this office on the same day received.
What is the attendance clerk?
Every staff member must ensure that this Texas Department of Agriculture Policy is followed at all times.
What is Nutrition Policy?
This is the time when the teacher takes student attendance electronically on eschoolPlus.
What is Attendance "Snapshot"?
This is when students must be monitored at school.
What is all times and everywhere?
Cell phones can only be used during these times.
What is lunch breaks, designated break times, conference periods and after school? In case of an emergency, notify an administrator.

What is gaming and gambling activities (including pools).
These are suggested nutritious snacks are for elementary students: fruit juice, fruit smoothie, milk (nonfat or low fat -plain or flavored), bagel, graham crackers, animal crackers, wheat crackers, English muffin (whole wheat), flavored rice cakes, mini rice cakes, Fig Newtons, fruit or grain muffin (low fat), dry cereal, pretzels, baked tortilla chips, salsa, vanilla wafers, seasonal fresh fruit, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, low fat dip or salad dressing, fruit snacks, frozen low-fat yogurt, low-fat string cheese, fruit/grain bars, frozen fruit bars, 94% fat free popcorn, fruit/nut/grain trail mixes, peanut butter and crackers, fruit pie, corn on the cob with paprika or chili.

What is 98%?
This person responds to all anonymous alerts from parents and students about student bullying.
What is the principal and assistant principal?
You do this with cell phones during campus scheduled training or meetings such as ARDs.
What is silence the phone?
Only this persons may send a student home for an illness.
What is the school nurse or designated office staff (when nurse is unavailable)?
Students must be thinking, doing and talking as they comprehend and apply the lesson using this model of teaching. 80/20 model.

What is the Principal and Assistant Principal?
These three things are required for a parent pick-up, at all times by all staff members.

“If a professional has cause to believe that a child has been or may be abused or neglected, the professional shall make an oral report... not later than this many hour after the hour the professional first suspects that the child has been or may be abused or neglected.”

This is the attendance goal for students and staff members.

All classroom doors must remain this way during the instructional day as a safety precaution.

Student safety is the responsibility of this person.

Everyone has access to this Plan through BIS Portal or the PPK website, and the initiatives stated in the plan must be implemented in the classroom curriculum.
What is the Campus Improvement?
