In this yoga pose, you stand with your feet hip-width apart, fold forward, and slide your hands under your feet so your palms face up and your toes touch your wrists.

This breathing technique requires people to smile showing their teeth while they inhale and then close the mouth and exhale through the nose.  It is a cooling breathing and good for helping to cool the body down.

In this balancing yoga pose, you squat down, place your hands on the floor, bend your elbows, and rest your knees on your upper arms while lifting your feet off the ground.

This breathing technique requires the person to roll their tongue in a taco shape as they inhale.  They then close their mouth and exhale through their nose.

 In this standing yoga pose, you balance on one leg while wrapping the other leg around it, and cross one arm under the other, bringing your palms together in front of your face.

In this yoga pose, you sit with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, place your hands behind you with fingers pointing toward your feet, and lift your hips upward so your torso and thighs form a straight line, resembling a table.
