Communication skills are rated as one of the top skills desired/required by employers. You MUST be able to state your needs, wants and questions clearly and loud enough to be heard. It is okay to be "shy", but at work, clear communication with both employees and customers is mandatory.

Completing tasks well builds confidence, resilience, and a sense of personal pride. Showing up on time, respecting schedules, and following through on every promise you make.
