What is HQS/VSS

Home Qualification Survey/Virtual Site Survey

Both abbreviations refer to the same concept. In order to convert more customers to install, Sunrun offers a virtual site survey. This would be an alternative to the traditional physical site survey appointment. During the initial sale, the sales rep will include photos and other various information regarding the home. The design team will determine if the information is sufficient to proceed with the design phase, or if a site survey is required. If the VSS is accepted, the Site survey will be marked as auto complete. If it is not accepted the rep will be notified via email.

When a deal has reached opportunity Stage 6 (Submitted), are permitted to manually move the stage backward per rep's request?

No. Once a deal has reached stage 6, the opportunity should remain in stage 6 or further, even if changes are being made.
