What did Ms. Polsky share about her freshman report card, and why did she share that information with you?

Ms. Polsky's Spanish grade almost spelled DEAD, and she did not pass the Regents exams.  She shared that because she wanted you to see that school was not her thing, and she understands that things are not necessarily going to be "easy" all the time. Still, continuous effort and determination...." Will vs. skill" makes a significant difference for everyone.
