Please explain the role of Site Safety Committees at each Chrysalis office?

Site specific teams of individuals across-departments that are tasked with sharing safety information, conducting annual drills and giving safety tours to staff at their site. Safety Committees are the point of contact in the event of an emergency. Safety Committees alert the Chrysalis Emergency Response Team (CERT) of any safety hazards, and with their help rectify safety hazards immediately. Safety Committees will be required to attend quarterly safety meetings and will have the opportunity to be trained in basic first aid and CPR.
