Betsy is having a difficult time in History class. Betsy has complained about her teacher multiple times and is now avoiding work or disrupting the class before it starts. Give some alternatives ideas or proper interventions.
Prep Betsy before class giving an expectation to at least listen to the teachers instruction and pull her into a separate room and complete the assignment.

There are 5 students and 2 staff in the class. 2 students want to go to lunch in the cafeteria, 1 student is in the quiet room, the last 2 students are refusing to have lunch in the cafeteria. What is the appropriate response?
A staff can walkie the classroom over to see if it is possible to send their students with their classroom. Call a lead or floor manager to see if they can possibly cover. Have one staff stay with the two students in the class, have the other staff go to lunch with the students, you can also call a specials teacher if they are available to come assist.
When is it appropriate to step out of your classroom (bathroom, emergency phone calls and texts, printer, etc?)
When your classroom is safe, in ratio, and you have communicated with the teacher and staff.
Two students are in class making fun of their mothers. One student gets up and charges towards the other student. The two exchange punches and two staff are in the room. What´s your next move?
First, the staff should have been placed in between the students ensuring that no side conversations should be happening outside the lesson.
Second, the staff should have offered a break or been more supportive to the student who needed support at the time.
In the instance of a fight, separate the students call for support for the additional students in the class.

Communicate with your staff and see if it is okay for you to offer a switch with the staff. Pull that staff aside separately and have them work in your class and resolve the issue when both parties are ready. Notify the floor manager informing them of the incident.
What are our emergency kits, where are they located and who is responsible to grab them in case of an evacuation?
We have two green luggage placed in 114. Each of them is filled with emergency blankets, water, and other emergency necessities. Speech is in charge of bringing them out in case of an emergency.
