Level 4- outside voice

Mouth closed, ears listening, habits of attention

The right side
In a lockdown, where should you move in the room?
Away from doors and windows
What should you do if you finish morning work early?
Read quietly
When should you line up at recess?
As soon as you hear the whistle
What does the S in PAWS stand for?
Solve problems
Why should you keep your hands to yourself in the hallway?
To respect displays and others
What should you do if you're in the hallway during a lockdown?
Go to the nearest room with an adult
How should you line up during transitions?
In line order, facing forward, level 0
When do we have recess?
After lunch, 12:10-12:30

Lots of correct answers (ex. take turns, share materials, use kind words, etc.)
What does "consider those that are learning" mean when in the hallway?
Be quiet and respectful so you don't disturb classes
In a severe weather drill, where do you go?
Designated area in the gym, crouch and cover head
Only during independent/partner work, not during whole group
Why is it important to follow the playground equipment rules?
To keep yourself and others safe
If you see someone breaking school expectations, what is the best PAWS-based response?
Stay respectful, find an adult, solve the problem appropriately

Actively listen, stay in your area, raise your hand for help, enter/exit respectfully
What are the red and green cards used for during drills?
Green means everyone is accounted for, Red means we need assistance
If you use community supplies, how should you treat them?
Like they are your own and return nicely when finished
