It looks like you are currently a guest user in Ericsson's tenant https://ericsson.collaboratecenter.com/. Only session admin roles and above can access Ericsson's dashboard.

Link was provided to me by Ericsson to register. I clicked the link and followed the prompt but unfortunately, I get an error message, ‘Tenant is closed for Registration. Please contact Administrator.’

It sounds like permission settings need to be adjusted. Here are links to articles about how to adjust those settings for various device types. Please be sure to allow Talonview access to cellular data, camera, camera roll/gallery, mic, and location:

Contractor is unable to log into the session on his up to date mobile app. He is being sent a verification code to join the session and the code is invalid. He is using a Verizon phone that he has used the app with many times in the past.

Please Re-Activate this Session for viewing. This Session is not one that followed the export to T-Mobiles Tenant process. Last activity was 12/16/20. I took ownership of the Session, but it is showing the same status (Content Not Active). Site ID added to the Subject for Tracking.

Now that you have taken ownership of the session, can you please navigate to your Sessions (homepage) by clicking the Ericsson logo in the upper left corner of the screen and searching for the session here? Once you locate the session, please click the thumbnail of the session and you will be prompted to reactivate. Please click to confirm and then you should be able to access it without the error.

Previous Rejection comments no longer exist. Once Ericsson resends the site for correction, our previous rejection comments no longer exist on the dialogue/comment box (see attached). 

After further investigation, we can verify that when a session is exported for review with correction items, the history remains in Ericsson's tenant. This process was designed to allow T-Mobile to receive all submitted items, as well as any (already) approved (by T-Mobile) and newly submitted items for each round of review.

We appreciate you sharing feedback about the review experience and have submitted this additional layer of communication and history as a feature request. The next step from our side is for our product team to review this request. While we cannot provide approval or an ETA at this time, we will continue to track this request and your team will be notified of any new feature releases. We appreciate your continued support.

User access is managed internally by the Ericsson team so you will need to contact a Tenant Admin at Ericsson to get you setup within their tenant. Once you have been added, you will receive a registration email from support@collaborate.center. After completing registration, you should then be able to login with email and select the Ericsson tenant. Please let us know if you have any questions and we will be happy to further support.

Can you please confirm the tenant URL you are working in?

  • Some companies may have multiple tenants.

  • Mobile - can be found with tenant selected during login (should match URL) 

  • Desktop- can be found with session URL or any web URL while working in Talon

I am trying to export the pictures for this site, I was told to export as a PDF file. I've been going through all the steps and it says I will receive an email shortly with a download link, but I never receive the email.

1. The email is an automated message from our system. If you have any firewall/security blocks for your company inbox, this could be preventing from receiving the exports. They could also be flagged as spam so be sure to check the junk/spam folders as well so see if the emails are being sent there. 

2. When adding an additional recipient email, make sure there are no spaces/incorrect spellings and you must click the green check mark to lock in the email address. If you were to only click continue without first clicking the green check mark to confirm the email and add to the recipient list, the export will not be sent to any of the additional email address(es).
