What is the protocol for attendance and for punctuality?
Excessive tardiness and poor attendance disrupts workflow, ratios, and customer service and will not be tolerated.
If you are unable to report to work for any reason, you MUST call and speak to your immediate supervisor and designated person.
If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, a call or text must be sent to the immediate supervisor on shift.
