It stands for Collaborative Agriculture Laboratory and it is named after Cal Fulenwider

Most often its a Rachel tour for partnerships
What is the student count?
We have around 100-125 students per grade but our max is 150, with our barn that will change
Why are venture capitalists incredibly necessary to our school?
Mortgage reconciliation. We want to have a barn for our gym, animals in our stables, seeds for our greenhouses, and they can help support us to do that with their money

What their brain child has turned into and what they can do to improve your (and future students') experiences

How the school has changed over the past year or two, how that has impacted you personally, and where you would like to see the school going
What is the main focus for Rachel tours?
Whatever focus they are interested in, typically agriculture

Respect, accountability, ethics, clear communication, or emotional intelligence
What is the main focus for the venture capitalists?
Whatever they value or are interested in investing in. What can change with their money
Someone may often take the attention away from you and try to lead the tour themself, how do you politely redirect their attention back to you as the tour guide?
For my first time I went along with it, if they want to lead the tour they can, however, now that it has happened more frequently I interject with personal information that relates to what their saying, use that to cut them off, and continue the tour
Why are they the hardest to do tours for?
They visit the school at least annually so they do want to hear what is new about the school

Regenerative, sustainability, teamwork, alliance, or coordination
What would you mention to a venture capitalist if they are interested in agriculture?
So many things that could change STEAD: getting bigger animals, having more crops for the farm, opportunity for solar panels, etc.

How important it is that the higher ups know the student perspective (say it in a "thank you" kind of way)
