The supervisor is out at Target off the clock. A BT the supervisor works with comes over and says hello. While talking a client they both know runs up to them with their parents to say hello. The parent greets the both of them. They have a short chat and say goodbyes.

The OM has had to make a quick change in schedule per a family members request. The OM becomes very busy with other cancelations, however they put the change in the schedule 6 hours before the persons session starts. The OM forgets to tell the tech. The tech shows up at the right time and does their session. Then the next day the tech asks the OM what had happen with the schedule change. They just wanted to see if it was a permeant schedule change or temporary.
