Not talking about or sharing personal information of anyone who you are in program with outside of program.

Discharge criteria for someone who has a presenting problem of suicidal ideation
What is the elimination of suicidal ideation and consistent ability to contract for safety?
This option is available for lunch everyday.
What is salad and PB+J?
The amount of points that can be earned towards each Daily goal.
What is 5?
A reason why someone would come to PHP instead of outpatient therapy
outpatient therapy is not helping, safety issues may be occurring and putting someone at risk of inpatient, someone is at risk of being held back or has legal issues due to school attendance issues.
What are the ways we are expected to keep therapeutic boundaries?
not talking outside of group, not exchanging personal information, keeping good physical boundaries and not sharing or giving things away to others.
Only 3 unexcused days of these are allowed.
What are absences?
Something that can be earned through our hard work and attention to our treatment throughout the week. This gets tracked by filling the token jar.
What is an incentive group?
This is the total number of points that can be earned on a DPR if you attend full day.
What is 36?
Documents someone has to sign when they come to PHP.
What are consent for treatment, permission to involve parent in treatment process, agreement with program rules, permission to talk to school?
Illegal substances, weapons and prescription medication

What comes with lunch?

What is demonstrating responsibility and ensuring effective communication?
Rules that, if broken, May result in immediate dismissal from the program. You are asked to agree to these prior to being accepted into the program.
