When do you call the on-call phone?

An on call administrator is designated to answer the phone after buisness hours for emergencies. After hours is between 5 pm and 8:30 am and on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Calling in sick for a shift. When on site reach out to your supervisor during business hours.
