Move to a space with more people, do not engage with the person making you unsafe, take your headphones out/off, put your phone and other valuables away, tell someone you trust, etc.
What is the difference between sending someone an email and "Cc"ing them on it?
Sending it to them means that it directly involves them and that they should respond; "Cc"ing them means that they should see it, but they do not need to respond.
