100

Name three examples of I2 Flags worked in PRT.

Priority Model, YD High Premium, I2 Life, Network, Insurer Referral, Netreveal, Iovation, CIFAS, CIFAS ID or Shift.

100

What does QM stand for?

Quote Manipulation

100

How long is a Standard workflow set for?

7 days.

100

What is the QM Treatment sheet? And where can you find it?

The QM Treatment sheet is a resource that supports you when working a QM flag. It tells you what workflow, what you can confirm verbally and if you can worst case the information or put it in a CC workflow. This is found on the ToolKit.

100

Which I2 Flag can be worked using the same treatment as a QM ownership/purchase-date Flag?

I2 HPI.

200

What two key things should a High Priority Flag tell you before you start working the case?

What needs to be requested, and which workflow should be followed.

200

What is a QM Flag looking for?

Policies where different information has been used across quotes to obtain a cheaper premium. Examples include occupation, NCD and mileage etc

200

Who or what tells you whether an I2 case should start in a Standard or Conditional Cancellation workflow?

The requirements in the individual I2 Flag should be checked because flags can specify which workflow is required.

200

You need to know what to request and who can approve an extension or reinstatement for an I2 Flag. Where can you find this information?

SOP

200

Which two I2 Flags can be connected directly to existing QM treatment for convictions and claims?

I2 Undisclosed Convictions → QM Convictions and I2 Undisclosed Claims → QM Claims.

300

You are working an I2 Shift flag. Does NCD still need to be requested if LN has already confirmed it?

Yes. As it is a high priority flag, NCD is required even where LN confirms it, unless the NCD is declared as 0 or it is a renewed policy.

300

A QM Flag is for occupation and the information can't be confirmed. What information is used for the MTA worst-case outcome?

The highest-rated occupation

300

An I2 PM3 case reaches its diary date and the required documents are still outstanding. What happens next?

Move the policy into a 7-day Conditional Cancellation workflow and request the outstanding documents.

300

Where could you look for recent changes or updates affecting PRT?

The monthly updates within the PRT Toolkit. The Toolkit has monthly updates alongside other PRT resources

300

When opening a case, where do you look to identify what has flagged on the policy?

The Insight case screen

400

An I2 Undisclosed Convictions flag appears, but the My Licence Call has been successful for the driver who flagged. What could this allow you to do?

The convictions check can be cleared based on the successful My Licence Call for the flagged driver.

400

Put these QM Flags into the correct outcome when there is no response after the Standard workflow: Postcode, Occupation, DOB, NCD, Licence Type and Residency.

Conditional Cancellation: Postcode, Date of Birth and Licence Type.
MTA workflow: Occupation using the highest-rated occupation, NCD reduced to zero years, and Residency using the most recent quoted residency date.

400

An I2 MOT Check flag appears. What workflow should be opened, and for how long?

A 21-day Standard workflow. The MOT must also be confirmed as valid, not expired and not failed

400

You need to submit a call pull request. Where can you find the process? And where can you find the form?

SOP for guidance and Toolkit for the Form.

400

A policy has multiple flags. What should you do before setting up the workflow?

Review each flag individually, establish what is required from each, pull the QM data where applicable, then identify the information/documents required before setting up the Standard workflow

500

You have an I2 Network flag requiring an extension. Who can approve the extension, and what happens if an MTA is required?

PFIT must agree the extension, and MTAs should be referred to PFIT.

500

A policy has flagged in four or more different areas of QM. What does this potentially become, and what should happen next?

This potentially becomes BICAN. The policy number should be sent to a TA or TL, who can agree whether it should be worked as BICAN or normally. If agreed to be worked as BICAN, it is set up in a Conditional Cancellation workflow.

500

An I2 flag requests written proof of occupation, but there is no specific query option available. What workflow/query should you use and what needs to be sent?

Set up the workflow using a non-specific query and manually send an IN011, using the request template found on SOP.

500

You aren't sure what evidence PRT can accept. Where should you look before escalating for help?

The SOP and Toolkit.

500

You've finished opening a case. What three areas should you check at the end to make sure nothing has been missed?

Notes, Communications and the Insight case.
