8 minute rule - total time reflects units billed in given range (8-22mins = 1 unit,  23-37mins =2 units, 38-52mins = 3 units, 53-67mins = 4 units)

Midpoint rule -able to bill half the minutes for first unit billed (7.5 minutes rounded to 8 minutes)
