How does a member cancel if they have completed their 1 year requirement? And if they haven't?
If they have received a minimum of 4 shipments they must type a letter requesting cancelation with their signature on it, scan or take a photo of it and e-mail it to our wine club box.
If they have not received 4 shipments, they still need to e-mail the wine club box and speak with a manager, however they will have 2 options.
1. Buying out their remaining bottles (with their 15% discount)
OR
2. Paying back the discounts that they have received while being a member.
