What is neglect?
When a caregiver does not care for a child like they need (food, clothes, shelter, medical needs).
Who can help kids who have been through neglect?
Doctor, teacher, therapist, new caregiver, family members
Why do kids feel sad after being neglected?
Because someone did not treat them the way they should have been treated and it may have hurt them
How do kids act when they've been neglected?
Kids act just like other kids, a lot of times we cannot tell who has been neglected just by their behavior!

The child should go and live with someone who knows how to take care of their needs
