What is silly?
They are small, almond-shaped structures which help regulate emotion and memory and are associated with the brain’s “fight or flight” response.

What you feel in your body when you experience emotions, such as muscle tension and butterflies in your tummy
What are body sensations or physical sensations?
When a person focuses on a single event that occurred and makes a conclusion based on this single piece of negative evidence, leading them to incorrectly conclude all similar events going forward will result in the same way.

When people take their opinions as facts and will put others on trial to prove that their own opinions or actions are the correct ones. Being wrong is not acceptable.
What is 'always being right' thinking?
'I can’t believe I didn't get the best score in my maths class. I should always give 100 percent. I can’t ever make a mistake.'
