Thoroughly document reason for being unable to see youth prior to completion of Psychosocial.
Why are the Ethnic and Cultural Factors and Spiritual sections important?
This section is important in understanding a family’s background, reasoning behind parenting practices, and best ways to support in problem-solving while taking into account multicultural / religious considerations

When should the remarks section be completed for responses in this section?
For any response other than the first response for each section outlining anything impacting the responses.
What should be included in Parental Involvement in Academic Performance section?
Include how the parents feel about the school as well as their involvement, current complaints, what they are doing/have done about them. Reflect on current school issues and what the parents are doing about those concerns (tardiness, truancy).
