Yes-typically 3-4 miles each day.
Do the workers on these teams travel together?
Yes! Because the hotels are so close, and because the schedule is the same, they travel together. They take a Pulley shuttle to the Huntington Metro and arrive by train near the hotels.
Do you need a TB test to work on the culinary arts team?
Yes-all students must have a TB test.

Name one thing that you do when you detailing cars.
Washing, drying, vacuuming, cleaning glass, stain removal, cleaning wheels and tires, etc.
Will I use a SmarTrip card when traveling to these Marriotts?
Yes! That is how you pay for the trip on the Metro train. FCPS will provide money to put on the card. You will not have to pay for it.
You can also get a reduced fare card and only pay about half of the regular cost of the trip.
Does the Capital View Marriott team clean the hotel fitness room?
Yes! The clean the towels/laundry and sanitize the equipment.
When you show up on time and are ready to work, this is called
On time (prompt) and ready.

Vacuuming, cleaning rooms, cleaning concierge lounge, cleaning silverware, restocking supply buckets (caddies), office jobs, laundry, kitchen services/food prep, etc.
Does the culinary arts team operate a cafe at Pulley?
Yes! They operate BREW-TEA-FUL Cafe making drinks like lattes, espressos, teas, and other coffee drinks and also sell cookies and other baked goods.

A machine in the building an trades team garage. It uses a design on a computer to make a design in something else like wood using a laser.

Cookies! Thousands and thousands of them.
When working, is it appropriate to use your cell phone to watch YouTube?
No!!

Challenges in life are important and you can learn from them! Most importantly, you should remember that you were able to meet that challenge when you face another in life! You can do it!
