Who can I talk to if I don't like my roommate?

Talk to your RA! Of course, it’s recommended that you settle any problems directly with your roommate before getting anyone else involved, but RAs are always around if you need additional support. Small disputes won’t be enough to change your assigned roommate, so your RA will do their best to resolve any issues with your cooperation.
