The ACH form with LEGIBLE card information so it can be entered into auth.net as well as the owners information and the BACK of the form signed and dated.
What ODOR ELIMINATOR do we use and does it sanitize?
KOE and NO.
KOE is strictly an odor eliminator
What glucose monitoring device do we carry and apply in clinic?
Adapet
If an appointment is not confirmed by 6pm the day prior what happens?
The appointment gets moved off to the walk-in side and we can schedule in the now open spot.
What forms do we use to double check invoices as shipments arrive?
The order forms that AC prints weekly
If two pets are signing up on a plan does the second pet receive 1/2 off enrollment?
No.
What do you need to do before leaving for the day?
Check off the EOD cleaning/task lists and have an admin/lead/trainer/doctor walk through your area.
Preferably a lead/admin or trainer.
How is application of an Adapet scheduled?
Tech appointment - once diagnosed
What is the current No Show protocol if a patient no shows?
We need to call/text the owner letting them know they missed their appointment and ask if we can get it rescheduled for them.
Once an order is checked off where do we put the sheet and invoices?
In the storage portion of the clipboard. AC will collect throughout the week.

What can we do if a client needs a medication or food we don't carry in clinic?
What do we do if employees from HHQ or other Hippo hospitals bring their pets in for services?
Bring to a member of admin, do not check them out unless admin directs you to do so.
Why? Admins need to adjust charges/verify employment.
If there are still items that aren't received/marked off on the order sheet what do we do?
Mark off what is received and keep the order sheet on the clipboard. Checked off invoices can go into the storage portion.
BONUS Q: How can you find what the code is?
BONUS A: Select the "wellness plan" portion on patient account and it lists all the services included on the plan and will have the plan code visible as well.
Why is cleaning so important?
We are a medical facility and see immune compromised and infectious patients. It's vital to do our part to help mitigate the spread of disease zoonotic and otherwise!

Why is important to read client/patient alerts?
To schedule appropriate appointment times, provide the best patient care.
What needs to be in a client alert?
Doctors initials of who approved it, objective wording, and date of when alert was added.
If alerts seem out dated (i.e.- O will pay for blank med at next visit dated 2022) then bring to admin attention for approval & removal of alert.
